How much does it cost for delivery under £100?

As you know all orders over £100 are dispatched for a Next day delivery FREE OF CHARGE, if the order is placed before 12:00 pm. If you would like to place an order under £100 there will be a charge of £6.50 that will automatically be added at the checkout. PLEASE NOTE: FREE Delivery only applies for destinations within the UK Mainland (Zone 1).

When will I receive My Order and how much will it cost?

We dispatch all our products out for a Next-Day Delivery (Unfortunately its Not Guaranteed) Therefore 97% of orders placed before 12:00 pm are received within 1 working day to destinations in the mainland UK. This is Subject to Stock, If Products are out of stock, we will offer you alternative options.

Do you deliver orders to outside the £UK?

Chasing Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed. However we cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time. We recommend you only arrange for trades-people to carry out work on your behalf after your order has actually been delivered from us.

Please allow up to 5 working days at the latest for the delivery type selected (Unless notified by us or specified on the description page), if you do not receive your order within this time please Contact Us immediately and we will hopefully update you as soon as possible.

Are our orders insured.

All orders placed at Stylish Door Handles are fully insured in-case they are lost or damaged in transit.

Can I collect from you?

No, Stylish Door Handles is an online business and can only deliver your orders to the address provided. If you require your order to be delivered to you immediately please let us know by email or telephone immediately, or preferably leave a note in the notes section whilst placing an order so that we can advise you of the best suitable options.

My parcel shows signed for, but not received.

Please check with your neighbours to make sure that they have not signed for it. Then Contact Usimmediately, where we have a set procedure in place.

When customers report that they have not received their goods, the first thing we do is check the delivery records with our couriers. We ask the delivery company to provide a proof of delivery (POD), which comprises of the time and date they delivered the goods(s), together with the name of the person who signed for it and an electronic fax of the signature.

We will then be in contact to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

I’ve Missed the courier, what is the Redelivery Process?

In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, the recipient will be left a card informing them that a redelivery will take place the next working day (Monday to Friday). If on the second attempt the consignment is still undelivered then the goods will be held at the local depot for a further two working days for the recipient to collect at their convenience.

If you believe you are unable to reach their depot then please Contact Us IMMEDIATELY ( to avoid charges) and inform us of this, so we can arrange for a re-delivery for a charge of £6.50.

In the event that communication from yourself has not been made after three delivery attempts, the goods will be returned back to us.If the items are returned back to us, you will either be charged upto 30% of the order amount, as follows:

1. If you would still like the item(s) after it has been returned to us by the courier, we will charge you £20 for dispatch (To cover our dispatch, returns and administrative charges)

2. If you decide you do not want the item(s) any more after it has been returned to us by the courier, we will refund you 30% less of the purchased amount.

This also applies to cancelling an order which has been shipped but not delivered. Please DO NOT REFUSE a delivery or the above charges will apply anyhow.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?

We would ask that you accept the delivery and check if the contents of the package are not damaged. If you find the contents to be damaged, please report this to our customer service department on the Contact Us page, who will decide on the best course of action to resolve this matter.

Return charges will apply if delivery is refused, Please do not refuse the parcel as charges are passed on from the couriers for refusals. For this reason after accepting we will work with you to resolve th issue, if it requires an exchange or a spare part to be shipped out, this will be done.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the unlikely event that you chosen product is out of stock you will be notified the same business day by email or telephone. You may then cancel your order for a full refund or place you chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future.
