Can I return my order and get a refund?

You can return your order and get refund. You must follow the procedure below to be able to get a refund, and if you fail to do this, then a minimum of 30% of your total order amount will be deducted as handling charge.

Before returning any items please make sure you understand the following:

  1. You have 7 days following the day of receipt to send back your goods for any reason, unless pre-authorized by us.
  2. It is your responsibility to inform us that you intend to return any item as soon as possible so that we can send you the paperwork.
  3. The goods must be returned in perfect sell-able condition and in its original packaging. If the packaging is missing, there is a 30% handling fee.
  4. Delivery Charges are Non-Refundable.
  5. Refund will be processed in 15 to 20 working days.
  6. All special order items are non-refundable.

To return ordered items back to us please follow these steps:

  1. Print a copy of your original order and indicate on there what and how many items you are returning. Also state why you are returning the items (e.g. not required/damaged/wrong item). You can login here and do this if you have lost your printed copy.
  2. £50 we suggest using an insured service as your are responsible for the safe return of your goods and we cannot credit you for lost deliveries.

Please note: You are responsible for the safe return of your items to we suggest you pay for the extra insurance at the post office or use an insured courier.

Returns are processed in bulk within 28 days of receipt, so please lookout for an email confirmation with details when we have processed your return. Please be patient as we proceess a high volume of samples/returns.

Can I change my order later?

You can change your order if your order status is “Pending”. But make sure you inform us by email via the: Contact Us page.

However, if your order status has changed to “Shipping in Progress” or “Shipped” then it means your order has been despatched for delivery and change is not possible.

Please Note: Making any changes in your order may delay your order.

What should I do, if my goods were damaged when I received it?

In case of damage or faulty product, you will get Replacement Goods, but you should inform us by email, within 48 hours and we should receive the goods within 7 days from the date of goods received as explained above.

My parcel shows signed for, but not received?

Please check with your neighbours to make sure that they have not signed for it. Then Contact Us immediately, where we have a set procedure in place. When customers report that they have not received their goods, the first thing we do is check the delivery records with our couriers. We ask the delivery company to provide a proof of delivery (POD), which comprises of the time and date they delivered the goods(s), together with the name of the person who signed for it and an electronic fax of the signature.

We will then be in contact to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

I have Missed the courier, what is the Re-delivery Process?

In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, the recipient will be left a card informing them that a re-delivery will take place the next working day (Monday to Friday). If on the second attempt the consignment is still undelivered then the goods will be held at the local depot for a further two working days for the recipient to collect at their convenience.

If you believe you are unable to reach their depot then please Contact Us IMMEDIATELY ( to avoid charges) and inform us of this, so we can arrange for a re-delivery for a charge of £6.50.

In the event that communication from yourself has not been made after three delivery attempts, the goods will be returned back to us.If the items are returned back to us, you will either be charged up to 30% of the order amount, as follows:

  1. If you would still like the item(s) after it has been returned to us by the courier, we will charge you £20 for dispatch (To cover our dispatch, returns and administrative charges)
  2. If you decide you do not want the item(s) any more after it has been returned to us by the courier, we will refund you 30% less of the purchased amount.

This also applies to cancelling an order which has been shipped but not delivered. Please DO NOT REFUSE a delivery or the above charges will apply anyhow.

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?

We would ask that you accept the delivery and check if the contents of the package are not damaged. If you find the contents to be damaged, please report this to our customer service department on the Contact Us page, who will decide on the best course of action to resolve this matter.

Return charges will apply if delivery is refused, Please do not refuse the parcel as charges are passed on from the couriers for refusals. For this reason after accepting we will work with you to resolve th issue, if it requires an exchange or a spare part to be shipped out, this will be done.
