How can I place an order with Stylish Door Handles?

Placing an order with Stylish Door Handles is very easy, and we have taken every step to make it as easy as a breeze!

If you know the product code for the product/s desired, simply search the product/s by inputting the code into the search field individually, and you will notice that the item will appear in a drop-down window before you press the search button.

All you need from there is select the product you desire, and you will be directed to the product detail page. Now assuming that you have read the detailed description and are happy with it, simply select the desired option/finish and add the quantity required in the “QUANTITY” field and press the “ADD TO CART” button.

If you require more items you can simply repeat the process until all your desired items have been added to the shopping basket. Once done simply press the “Proceed to Checkout” button and you will be taken to the checkout page where you can submit information pertaining to your identity, invoicing and delivery address. You can also select the payment method most appropriate to your order.

We have an option for you to provide a delivery address which may be different to your billing address. Once you have provided all the required info and selected the correct payment and shipping method simply check the “I have read and accept the terms & conditions” box and press “Place Order”

P.S: We require every single customer to be fully aware of our terms and conditions, and would also recommend reading our shipping and returns policies before placing an order with us.

Forgot to add an item to the order I just placed?

Changes to your order especially if it means additional items need to be added to the order could potentially delay your order.

That’s why we always ask our customers to make up their mind and write down what they need before they actually place an order. We also recommend reading our policy documents before actually placing their orders with us.

In the unlikely event of forgetting to add an item to your order or in case you want to add an item to your existing order please contact us as soon as possible.

If you have just placed an order, simply email us with your order number and the items you need to add to your order, we will get back to you with the necessary steps to accumulate the order into one deliverable package.

If your order status is set to “Processing”, there is no guarantee, however, we would try and arrange the items to be delivered together. If it is possible we would get in-touch with you with further instructions.

If, however, your order has been dispatched and you want to add items to it, this unfortunately won’t be possible. Should you still need the items, a separate order would have to be placed.

What taxes are applied at checkout?

We do not charge VAT at the moment as we have a VAT free period. This is not guaranteed and may end very soon, so please take advantage of this special offer before it runs out. No other taxes are applied and this tax is applicable to UK buyers only. If you are purchasing the products from outside the UK, you may be exempt from VAT altogether, please inquire before placing your order.

Do you supply door handles complete with locks, latches and hinges?

All door handles whether on rose or on backplate are sold without any locks, latches or hinges. But the spindles and screws are included with your door and cabinet handles. There are different sizes and types of locks used for different applications, which would need to be purchased separately. We also have packs of Door Handles and Door Knobs with matching locks, escutcheons, thumbturns and hinges but these have clear descriptions which would describe the contents of the packs.

If you already have locks, latches or hinges in your old doors then, providing they are in good working condition, these can be used with new handles, in most cases.

The standard spindle (the bar that connects the handles) size in the UK is 8mm (actually 7.9mm). So providing your current locks accept an 8mm bar width spindle, you should not have any problems fitting new handles.

Do you sell Handles in Single units or in Pairs?

Yes, all Handles (Levers on Plate and Levers on Rose) excluding Centre Door Knobs on our website are supplied in pairs complete with fixings and spindle bar, and are priced per pair.

This means that when you order one, you will receive two individual handles to complete both sides of the door.

What types of door handles do you have on offer?

We offer a wide variety of door handles: Classic Door Handles on Plate, Stylish and Designer Door Handles on Plate, Classic Door Handles on Rose, Stylish and Designer Door Handles on Rose and Black Door Handles on Plate.

All of our designer range door handles are supplied with 10 years mechanical guarantee and sold as pairs with matching screws and spindle bar. Every door handle is manufactured to highest standard to meet the requirements of high end buyers in most competitive prices.

What types of cabinet knobs do you offer?

We offer a huge rang of Classic/Period and Designer cabinet knobs made with high quality materials such as Crystal, Acrylic, Chrome, Stainless Steel, Brass, Pewter. Our cabinet knobs come in Polished and Satin Brass/Chrome, Pewter Effect, Bronze, Bees Wax, Nickel, Antique Black and many other finishes.

What types of door locks do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of door locks namely: Sash Locks, Dead Locks, Tubular Latches, Bathroom Door Locks, Night Latches and Cylinder Locks in Standard, Euro and Oval Profiles. We also have the option of Standard Keyed to Differ, Keyed alike or Master Keyed.

Are your Cabinet Knobs suitable for my cabinets?

Our range of cabinet knobs are suitable for cabinets that are between 0.75″ up to 3″ thick. So this should be considered before you order for any cabinet knobs.

Can I pay for my order by cheque?

Yes, just proceed to the checkout as normal, then click on the ‘Pay by Cheque’ button. Please make cheques payable to Stylish Door Handles and write your name and order number on the back. Your order will not be dispatched until the cheque/s have been cleared by our bank.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

Once you have completed the checkout process you will have placed your order. You should have received a conformation e-mail confirming that the order has been placed, and it will also show the status of your order. In case you are not sure or you didn&rbsq; receive an email hours after placing the order, please get in-touch with us.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No, there are no minimum quantity requirements and you can purchase any quantity you wish.

How do I place an order or add items to the shopping cart?

Placing an order with us is very simple, and we have made a considerable effort to make sure your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible.Once you have decided to place an order after viewing the product/s from our catalog you can simply add individual items to the shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart” or “Buy” buttons. You can also search for a particular product if you have the name or model of the product at hand. In order to add or amend the number of items in your shopping basket simply use the number field provided and press “Update Cart”

When you finish adding products to the cart, click on the “Check Out” button. You will need to register or login to proceed. After registration which is a simple and straight forward process you will be asked to provide us shipping and billing addresses.

After you confirm the order with us you will be taken to payment screen where you will pay for the order. Once you complete payment you will be notified via email containing your order details. Do you have a shop or showroom I can visit?

Stylish Door Handles is solely an online company and does not have any traditional branches/shops. Our website has a comprehensive listing of the products we offer and if you need information regarding products that are not in our catalog, please get in-touch with us with your inquiry.

Unfortunately at present we do not offer a brochure or catalog. However all our products and prices are available directly from our website.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery of goods depend on the type of service you choose at the time of checkout.

How much does it cost for delivery under £100?

As you know all orders are dispatched for a Next day delivery FREE OF CHARGE over £100. If you would like to place an order under £100, there will be a charge of £6.50 that will automatically be added at the checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: FREE Delivery only applies for destinations within the UK Mainland (Zone 1).

How soon will my order be dispatched?

We endeavor to dispatch most of our in-stock products the same day if ordered by 12:00 pm or within 7 working days if items have to be restocked. If this is not the case we will advise you.

Do you deliver orders to outside the UK?

Stylish Door Handles also ships outside the UK, please make sure that you select the correct delivery option at the time of checkout as this is very important. if you fail to select the correct delivery option, your order will be not be processed and may be delayed. So if you are not sure please contact the customer services.

Is placing an order with Stylish Door handles Secure?

Sure, depending on the length of time after the order was delivered, you can return any un-opend and unused items in original packaging.
