Unit of Sale:

• Lever handles are sold in pairs. (One pair consists of 1x left hand and 1x right hand handle/knob.)
• Escutcheons (key hole covers) are sold individually (each).
• Turn and emergency releases are sold as a set (One set consists of a rose with a thumbturn fitted to the inside of the door and a rose with a coin slot fitted to the outside of the door).

PLEASE NOTE: The quality and finish on our handles and accessories mean that they are virtually maintenance free. To remove finger marks on polished surfaces we recommend a light dusting with a soft non-abrasive cloth. Avoid wax polish on chrome surfaces as this may cause a bloom which can be difficult to remove. DO NOT USE spray polish as the grit or solvents in these products may cause damage to the finish!!

Delivery to UK Mainland Addresses is free with online orders over £100 and if ordered online before 03:00 pm Monday to Friday we will despatch your order the same day. If you place your order on a Friday we will despatch your order that same day, however you should expect delivery to be the next working day. Telephone orders will incur the standard delivery charge for your postcode and will be despatched next working day.

In the unlikely event when we may not have your product in stock or with special order items, we will call you and advise of the date you are likely to receive your goods.
